Dignity Health System was established in 2006 to provide a higher level of in-home care focusing on the Dignity of patients and their families. When we are ill or passing away, we tend to be in our most vulnerable moments. We strive to turn those vulnerable times into times of grace and dignity.

The founders of Dignity have been disappointed in the level of care and the lack of communication in the home health and hospice industry. They realized in order to bring about changes they needed to open their own company and lead the industry in the way it needed to move, to lead by example. Using high ethical standards in working with physicians, patients, and their families is a key part of who we are and how we do business.

Dignity has two driving principles:
  1. To be the Provider of choice by delivering exceptional patient care; and
  2. To be the Employer of choice by providing the best working environment.
Our Mission:
To provide superior care and customer service to our patients and their families. We take pride in providing these services in an environment of dignity and respect for every person. We treat all employees with the same respect and dignity due them for their admirable work.

Dignity Home Health and Hospice is certified with Medicare, Medicaid and all the states in which they do business. We follow all of the applicable rules and regulations including the confidentiality required by HIPPA. We also work with all commercial insurance companies, many as preferred providers, and others as out of network providers.

We offer services to all qualified patients without discrimination based on race, creed, age, color, sex, religion, handicap condition, sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry, or national origin in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.
